Welcome to SpinLabAi (the "Website"), a web application developed and operated by Mohr Performance LLC. ("SpinLabAi," "we," "us," or “our”).

SpinLabAi is a platform designed to enhance quarterback training experiences through advanced technology, video-based analysis, and data-driven insights.

Acknowledgment

BY USING OUR SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

Project Objectives

SpinLabAi aims to provide a cutting-edge training platform leveraging video analysis, biomechanics, and data analytics to help athletes improve performance and track development over time.

User Registration and Account

Users must register an account to access SpinLabAi services.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Each user may only create one account, and accounts may not be shared.

Account Use; No Sharing

Each account is intended for:

• One individual user (Player Plan), or
• Properly subscribed athletes under a Coach Plan

You may not:

• Share login credentials
• Allow multiple athletes to use a single Player account
• Use a Coach account for athletes who are not paid subscriptions
• Circumvent billing systems

Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor usage patterns
• Identify misuse or unauthorized sharing
• Charge additional fees for unauthorized usage
• Retroactively bill based on estimated usage
• Suspend or terminate accounts

Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension without refund.

Subscription Plans & Billing

Player Plan

• $29.95 per month
• Unlimited uploads and analysis
• Automatically renews monthly

Coach Plan

• $10 per month per athlete
• Each athlete added constitutes a separate subscription

Billing Structure

• You are charged immediately upon adding an athlete
• All active athlete subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each calendar month
• No proration or partial billing adjustments are provided

Examples:

• Added on the 2nd → charged immediately + again on the 1st
• Added on the 30th → charged immediately + again on the 1st

By adding athletes, you expressly authorize these charges.

Payment, Billing, and Chargebacks

SpinLabAi uses Stripe as its payment processor.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew
• You authorize recurring charges
• All fees are billed in advance
• You are responsible for all charges under your account

No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

No refunds or credits are provided for:

• Partial billing periods
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Lack of usage

Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid charges.

If a dispute is initiated, we may:

• Suspend or terminate your account
• Revoke access to services and data
• Recover costs associated with the dispute
• Provide these Terms as evidence to payment processors

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks constitute a violation of these Terms.

Failed Payments

We may:

• Retry payments
• Suspend access
• Remove athlete subscriptions

until payment is resolved.

Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer the platform
• Upload malicious content
• Engage in fraud or impersonation
• Scrape or extract data
• Violate laws or third-party rights

Violations may result in suspension or legal action.

User-Generated Content

Users may upload videos and other content.

You retain ownership of your content but grant SpinLabAi a license to:

• Process and analyze it
• Generate outputs
• Improve our platform

We may use anonymized data for analytics and product improvement.

AI & Data Disclaimer

SpinLabAi uses automated systems and AI-based analysis.

You acknowledge:

• Results are estimates
• Accuracy depends on video quality and conditions
• Outputs may vary and are not guaranteed

No Medical Advice

SpinLabAi does not provide medical advice.

Our platform is not a substitute for:

• Physicians
• Physical therapists
• Athletic trainers

Always consult a qualified professional.

Assumption of Risk

Athletic activity carries inherent risks.

You assume all risks associated with:

• Training
• Throwing
• Using SpinLabAi recommendations

Performance Disclaimer

Scores, rankings, and insights:

• Are informational only
• Do not guarantee performance or recruitment outcomes

Intellectual Property

All SpinLabAi technology, including:

• Metrics
• Scoring systems
• Algorithms

are proprietary and protected.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

SpinLabAi is not liable for:

• Injuries
• Performance outcomes
• Data loss
• Service interruptions

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Data Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data.

However, no system is completely secure.

Data Retention Policies

We retain data as needed to:

• Provide services
• Maintain accounts
• Comply with legal obligations

• Delete inactive accounts
